Method 1 — JazzCash or EasyPaisa
- Open the app and tap Bill Payment.
- Choose Electricity → K-Electric.
- Enter your 13-digit KE account number (from your duplicate bill).
- Verify the consumer name and amount, then confirm.
- Save the TID — your payment posts within 2–6 hours.
Method 2 — Internet Banking (1Link)
Login to your bank app → Pay Bills → Electricity → K-Electric → enter account number → pay. Works with HBL, Meezan, UBL, MCB, Bank Alfalah, Faysal, Standard Chartered and every 1Link member bank.
Method 3 — KE Live mobile app
Download "KE Live" from Play Store or App Store, register with your CNIC and account number, link your card, and pay directly. The app also lets you view past bills, lodge complaints, and submit meter readings.
Method 4 — 1Link ATM
Insert your debit card → Bills Payment → Utility Bills → K-Electric → enter account number → confirm. Keep the slip until payment is reflected in your next bill.
What to do if your payment is not credited
- Wait 24 hours for 1Link/bank, 6 hours for wallets.
- Call KE helpline 118 with TID, CNIC, and account number.
- Or visit your nearest KE IBC.
- Reconciliation typically completes in 3–5 working days.
