Disclaimer

Last updated: June 2026

KE Duplicate Bill is an independent consumer information resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise officially connected with K-Electric Limited or any of its subsidiaries.

All trademarks, logos and brand names referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners. Bills retrieved through our lookup tool are served directly from K-Electric's official systems; KE Duplicate Bill does not generate, modify or store any bill content.

Tariff figures, peak hours, slab rates and policies cited in our editorial content are accurate at the time of publication but change frequently under NEPRA notifications. Always cross-check against your current K-Electric bill or official K-Electric announcements before acting on any information.

Why this disclaimer exists

Many K-Electric consumers in Karachi end up on third-party sites while searching for a duplicate bill, a tariff query or a complaint escalation route. Some of those sites pretend to be the K-Electric official portal, ask for OTPs, and run phishing operations. We publish this disclaimer prominently because being clear about who we are not is the single most important consumer-protection signal we can give you.

Not the official K-Electric portal

The official K-Electric web presence is at ke.com.pk and the official mobile app is KE Live (published by K-Electric Limited on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store). Bills, payments, complaint registration and account changes on those properties carry official K-Electric standing. Our guides reference and link to those properties; we do not impersonate them.

Editorial content vs official notification

Editorial articles on KE Duplicate Bill reflect our team's research into NEPRA notifications, the K-Electric Customer Service Manual, the K-Electric Annual Report, the Sindh Electric Inspectorate rules, FBR sales-tax circulars and consumer experience reports. They are written for plain-language comprehension and do not substitute the legally binding text of a NEPRA tariff determination or the Schedule of Tariffs notified by the Federal Government in the Gazette of Pakistan.

Tariff and FPA accuracy window

Per-unit rates, slab boundaries and the Fuel Price Adjustment line are revised by NEPRA on a quarterly and monthly cadence respectively. We update affected guides within 72 hours of a verified notification. During that window, the figures on this site may be one cycle behind. The amount printed on your actual K-Electric bill is always the authoritative figure for what you owe.

No financial, legal or engineering advice

Nothing on KE Duplicate Bill constitutes professional financial, legal, accounting, regulatory or electrical-engineering advice. Decisions with material consequences — net-metering investments, sanctioned-load extensions, large detection-bill disputes, tariff-class reclassification, FBR filings — should be reviewed with a qualified professional and confirmed with K-Electric or the appropriate regulator before action.

External links

Where we link out to K-Electric, NEPRA, FBR, AEDB, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, 1Link or any other third party, we provide the link as a convenience. We do not control those sites and accept no responsibility for their content, availability, accuracy or privacy practices once you leave KE Duplicate Bill.
