Editorial & corrections

Found an inaccuracy or outdated rate? Email editorial@keduplicatebill.pk with the page URL and a brief description. We aim to verify and correct within 48 hours.

Helpful corrections include: the exact page URL, the line of text that's wrong, a citation to the authoritative source you're referencing (NEPRA notification number, K-Electric press release, current bill) and — if relevant — a screenshot. Verified corrections are published with the page's "last updated" date rolled forward.

Important — KE bill payments & complaints

KE Duplicate Bill cannot resolve issues with your K-Electric account, bill amount, supply or meter. For those, please contact K-Electric directly:

We physically cannot generate, reissue, correct or waive any charge on your bill — that authority sits with K-Electric and (on escalation) with NEPRA. We do not operate a phone line. Email is checked Monday – Saturday during Pakistan working hours. Messages received on Sundays and public holidays are picked up the next working morning.
